central location nearby restaurants good pastries
the location was ideal for exploring (i walked almost everywhere!). i found many restaurants steps away. the breakfast selection was good (the pastries were my favorite).

The hotel is beautifully designed. I appreciate the great attention to detail. breakfast was pleasant. the location is excellent, it is a very short walk from gran via.
one of the lifts did not work. the wait was occasionally long.

The bathroom had essential toiletries. It was acceptable.
I could hear a lot of street noise from my first-floor room. People shouted, and motorcycles sped by ALL THE time.

i appreciated the central location near Gran Via street. a short walk put many attractions within easy reach. i found public transit accessible, simplifying my travel.
the room had thin walls so i could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms. this impacted my ability to rest during the day.
